The OSD is classic Viewsonic and easy to use if you have ever set up a monitor to your vision/taste. This model has a silver insert in the base which is actually handy for paper clips and post-it notes. Looked like Do NOT install anything off that CD unless you must have the Parrot screensaver. Killed the new drivers I had just installed. Then, in a moment of weakness, I inserted t he CD-ROM that came with the monitor. I upgraded my video card (wanted DVI out) and installed the new drivers. See, I'm a self confessed Viewsonic junkie. So I knew what I wanted when I bought the Viewsonic VX2235WM. I've used 17" to 21" LCD monitors at work for years (some good, some bad, and some plain ugly). ![]()
